Day Buyer Flight Rebate

 
Eligible Day Buyers will receive a link in their registration confirmation emails to complete the online Rebate Form and upload a copy of their E-Ticket and Receipt.
 

Flight Rebate Terms & Conditions:

1. You are required to register for the rebate by completing the online Rebate Form by 5pm on Friday 21 June 2024. No rebates will be issued for requests received after this date. 
2. To be eligible you must attend MEETINGS 2024 for at least 4 hours on the show floor. To log this, please drop your name badge at the Registration Desk upon departure.
3. BEIA will rebate you up to the value of NZ$100 towards your return airfare OR reimburse the full amount if the total is less than NZ$100. 
4. Your rebate will be processed and paid within 7-10 working days after MEETINGS and upon confirmation that you attended the show as per your registration.
5. In the unlikely event that MEETINGS is cancelled, no rebate will be paid and you should refer to your airline for any refund or credit.
